Biography
- Advises clients on corporate tax matters, executive employment law and the structuring of share incentives.
Iffat advises clients on a wide range of corporate tax matters with a particular focus on the design, implementation and operation of employee and executive management incentives schemes for a broad range of clients, both in the context of corporate transactions and on an advisory basis.
She spent six months on secondment at a leading global growth markets investor.
Representative Work
- Establishing new global share plans for operation in multiple jurisdictions for UK listed companies and private companies, including liaising with foreign counsel multiple jurisdictions.
- Advice in relation to ongoing administration of, and amendments to, established global share plans, including liaising with overseas corporate trustee and nominee service providers.
- Training clients on the key securities, tax and other legal issues in relation to global share plans.
- Advising on the impact of private M&A on options and other equity awards.
